Property Tax Relief Fund
Here in Teton County, our property taxes have been climbing at an astounding rate, one that is unsustainable for most residents.

The state of Wyoming has implemented the Property Tax Relief Fund to help ease that burden.

Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis and the last day is June 5, 2023. Relief can be up to $4,000!

In order to qualify you must be:

1. Wyoming resident for at least 5 years

2. At your primary residence for more than 9 months.

3. Have paid both portions of your 2022 property tax bill

4. Household income of less than $128,900 AND total assets are less than $150,000 per adult household member (excluding residence and vehicle).

Relief is sent as soon as applications are processed and approved by the Department of Revenue in Cheyenne.
