Late Night Food in Jackson Wyoming: What’s Actually Open

August 20, 2026

Get off a late shift at one of the restaurants on the Town Square, or land at JAC on the last flight in from Denver, and you learn the same thing fast: Jackson has a lot of restaurants and relatively few are open late. The dining guides list dozens of kitchens, from wood-fired pizza to elk tenderloin, and every one of those lists is accurate. Their hours vary, especially late at night.

Robin's opening adds another option to Jackson's after-dark dining scene.

The Restaurant That Grew Out of a Fair Booth

According to the Jackson Hole News&Guide, Elisa and Tyler Nalley spent six years running a crepe and snack booth at the Teton County Fair and, this July, served a line of customers until as late as 1:40 a.m. every night of the fair. That's not a typo and it's not a one-off Saturday crowd. That's nine straight nights of people wanting food well past midnight, in a town where most kitchens are dark by ten.

When the fair ended, the Nalleys had two weeks to gut and reopen the old Jireh's Tasty Cravings space on the west side of town. They called it Robin's, and its grand opening earlier this month brought coffee, breakfast, lunch, crepes, and late-night grab-and-go snacks to a stretch of town that hadn't had a consistent after-hours option in a while.

The Jackson Hole News&Guide quoted Elisa Nalley saying there "aren't many options left for a late dinner or snack" once the sun goes down in Jackson, but that doesn't mean the demand disappears. It just moves to whoever's still coming in late from the airport, or getting off work in town.

Late-Night Dining Options

If you've tried to eat after 9 p.m. on a Tuesday here, you already know the list is shorter than the dining guides suggest. Here are several after-dark options, with their hours:

  • Pinky G's Pizzeria, just off Town Square, serves until 10 p.m. most nights, but stretches to 1:30 a.m. only on Fridays and Saturdays.
  • The Rose runs a late-night menu called Munchies, built by Provisions, but it's only on the schedule Thursday through Sunday, from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m.
  • D.O.G., known first for breakfast burritos, keeps its food window open nightly until 10 p.m., pushing to 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
  • Eleanor's added a late happy hour to its lineup, giving another after-dark option beyond the usual bar menu.

Look at that list again and the schedules vary across the week. Pinky G's late window is Friday and Saturday only. The Rose's Munchies menu skips Monday through Wednesday entirely.

The schedules show differences between weekday and weekend availability, as well as the kinds of places serving food late.

What Actually Changed

Robin's offers a different format from Pinky G's and The Rose, extending beyond late-night food to serve customers earlier in the day as well. A town can have four places that serve food after dark and still have different options on a random Tuesday than on a Friday night.

The fair crowd offers one snapshot of Jackson's after-dark demand. Nine nights of lines past midnight for crepes and snacks is a different signal than a Friday night pizza rush. It suggests interest in places to sit down or grab something after a shift ends on a weeknight.

Why This Matters If You Actually Live Here

None of this is really about pizza hours. It's about what a town this size offers as part of its evening economy.

Jackson's calendar is full of things that end late, whether it's a Grand Teton Music Festival concert running past nine or a summer night that doesn't cool off until well after dinner. Add in restaurant staff, hospitality workers, and anyone flying in on the tail end of a travel day, and there are plenty of reasons to look for food after 9 p.m.

If Robin's holds its late hours through the fall, it will remain one of Jackson's after-dark options. Its schedule is the kind of small, specific detail that tells you something about how a neighborhood actually functions day to day, beyond another list of the best patios in town.

That's the texture that doesn't show up in a dining guide. It shows up in who's still cooking at 11 p.m. on a Tuesday.

If you're weighing what it's actually like to live in this town, not just visit it, that's the kind of detail worth paying attention to.
